LOUIS GOLDSTEIN

 This maquette captures the likeness of the former Comptroller of Maryland, Louis Goldstein. As proposed for the Treasury Building in Annapolis, the figure was envisioned standing on a safe-like pedestal while passing out coins – a favorite pastime.
